Note to Americans: we're using the King's English spelling of the word 'rumor' as that's how it started in TribeNet.
Rules: Rumours that attempt to assign an identity as the author, whether truthful or misleading, aren’t allowed. Pretending to be someone isn’t a valid rumour. You are allowed to mention a Clan by name as hearsay (e.g. “Clan 999 is…” or “I heard that Clan 999 is…”. Think of something you might hear in a tavern. The editor reserves the right to discard any submitted rumour and not include it for publication based on any number of criteria (e.g. attempting to assign an identity, profanity-laced tirades, racism, the usual list of exceptions to propriety you see in life, etc.)
Deadline: The content deadline for every issue of Goat Digest is exactly one week after orders are due. This is 8:00 UTC every other Sunday. The front page of every issue of Goat Digest lists the upcoming deadlines. Contributions that are submitted after this deadline will be queued up for the following issue of Goat Digest.
Privacy: This is an anonymous web form. No identifiable information is submitted with your anonymous rumor.
