Clarification added to ResDoc regarding "attracts a one-off contingent of Elite Troops."
Palace will now provide a unit in the Home City a one-off contingent of 300 Elite Troops immediately upon construction completion of the Palace. The player may select any prior approved Elite Troop type (such as Knight, Mamluk, Longbowmen, etc) to gain 300 of that type. Only one type may be selected. A player may not split the 300 between different elite troop types. These troops do not need to be paid upon gaining them but must be paid normally on month 1 of each year. They do not replenish if lost for any reason. They must be fed normally. They do not come with any equipment.
A Player may decline the Elite Troops and instead gain 500 Palace Guards. Palace Guards count in all ways as Warriors but do not contribute to population growth nor do they require additional payment.
Clarification regarding required Cattle and Grog quantity has been made:
The Tribe that participates and receives the General Morale increase must provide 20 Cattle and 20 Barrels of Grog per 1,000 participants in that Tribe (including enough for all WAI of all of its subunits combined) in order to gain the benefit.
The Guest Tribe that participates has the same requirement in that it is the sum total of the WAI of the Guest Tribe and all of its sub-units regardless of their location.
